Board Member - Penny Mock
Penny’s professional experience spans several disciplines and industries, including the private sector, nonprofit organizations, and higher education. Throughout her career, she has held roles in IT and web development, kitchen and bath design, training and development, and human resources.
Of all her professional experiences, Penny’s most cherished contributions have been in employee training and development. She is passionate about providing employees with the support, resources, and training they need to thrive in their roles. She believes that investing in people strengthens organizations while also fostering her personal growth and fulfillment.
This philosophy is also what inspired Penny to serve on the board of the Tustin Police Foundation. She recognizes the challenges faced by law enforcement officers and first responders and believes they deserve strong support and appreciation from the community they serve.
Penny, her husband, and their beloved canine companions—past and present—have called Tustin home since 2005, with a few adventures and moves along the way. They enjoy spending time with family and friends and traveling in their van, which offers the comforts of home wherever the road takes them.
In her free time, Penny enjoys creating narrative art through fused glass, music, and other artistic mediums.
