Board Member - Morgan Karamardian

Morgan Karamardian grew up in Tustin and has deep roots in the Orange County community. As a third-generation member of the Zov's family, she works across operations, marketing, hospitality, and leadership, carrying forward a 38-year legacy built on warmth, quality, and genuine connection to the people they serve.

A recent graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Marketing, Morgan brings both a fresh perspective and a lifelong investment in the Tustin community. Growing up here, she developed a strong belief in the power of local relationships and showing up for the people around you, values that shape the way she approaches her work every day.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with her family and friends. She is deeply committed to the Tustin community and looks forward to contributing to the Foundation's mission of strengthening the bond between law enforcement and the people it serves.
