Brooke Alvillar - Board Member

Police Officer Brooke Alvillar serves as a School Resource Officer with the Tustin Police Department, bringing years of dedicated law enforcement experience and a strong commitment to community engagement. Known for her professionalism, compassion, and proactive approach to public safety, Officer Alvillar has built a reputation as a trusted and approachable presence both on campus and throughout the community.

In her role as a School Resource Officer, Officer Alvillar is assigned to local campuses where she works closely with students, educators, and families to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment. She is deeply committed to mentorship and early intervention, helping guide students through challenges while promoting positive decision-making and personal accountability. Her ability to connect with youth has made her a valued resource and role model for students across Tustin.

Over the course of her service, Officer Alvillar has contributed to a number of community-focused initiatives, including youth outreach programs, safety education efforts, and collaborative partnerships between the department and local schools. Her work continues to strengthen relationships between law enforcement and the community, fostering trust through consistent engagement and meaningful interaction.

Officer Alvillar grew up in Temecula and moved to Orange County in 2019. A former competitive soccer player for eight years, she has also dedicated time to coaching school-aged children in a variety of sports, further reinforcing her commitment to youth development and mentorship.

Outside of her professional role, Officer Alvillar enjoys working out, volunteering with animal shelters and rescue organizations, and spending time with her family. She is also an avid animal lover and cares for her dog and two rescue cats, all of which she adopted through local rescue organizations.

Officer Alvillar’s work reflects the mission of the Tustin Police Foundation—supporting programs that enhance public safety, invest in youth, and build stronger community connections. Her dedication continues to make a meaningful and lasting impact across Tustin, helping shape a safer and more connected future for the next generation.
